TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ROOMS

Angel Beach Resort is for single travellers, couples and honeymooners. Due to this we can cater to guests above 16 years of age only.
All room rates are quoted in US Dollars per room per night basis, inclusive of breakfast for 2 people, complimentary mini bar (soft drinks and local beers), service charge and the prevailing government taxes.
Maximum occupancy: 2 Adults in contemporary villas; 4 adults in a colonial mansion; 8 adults in full estate colonial mansions.
Check in – 14.00 hrs. & checkout – 12.00 hrs.
Early check –in or late-check – out free of charge, subject to room availability.
Minimum stay of 3 nights during the festive season (20 th of December- 7 th of January).
Payment terms: All payments to be done prior to the arrival.

All Cancelations should be advised in writing and will take effect the day they are received.
Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100%.
Cancellations received within 8-14 days prior to arrival will be charged at 50%.
Festival season bookings (20 th of December- 7 th of January) are not refundable.
No shows and stays that are cut short will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the room rate for the entire booking period.
